The Gym Timer is a free app designed by the author for personal workout purposes. The application offers a straightforward interface without any advertisements, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.
Users can choose between countdown and stopwatch modes and can create up to three separate workout items. Each workout item can be customized by setting parameters for work duration, rest periods, and the number of sets through simple drag-and-drop functionality. Additionally, users have the option to adjust the ready time before starting the workout in the Settings.
